Press release: Vodafone renews adherence to the Door-to-Door Code of Conduct

26.02.2026 – Vodafone has successfully completed its annual renewal of adherence to the the Door-to-Door CoC, once again demonstrating its commitment to transparency and consumer protection in direct telecommunications sales. This year's assessment was conducted for the first time by SCOPE Europe as the Code’s independent monitoring body.

The Door-to-Door CoC establishes binding quality standards for door-to-door sales in the telecommunications industry, including clear identification of sales staff, transparent information about the purpose of the visit, and complete and complete pre-contractual information for consumers.

By demonstrating compliance with the high standards set out by the Code, Vodafone reinforces its ongoing commitment to strong consumer protection in direct sales. Yearly audits from the independent monitoring body ensure that the requirements of the Door-to-Door CoC are not only formally adopted, but also consistently implemented in practice.
