Our Head of Monitoring and Auditing, Legal Affairs, Frank Ingenrieth and Head of Operations and Director Public Policy, Laura Wiesenfeld, will be joining IT Specialist and Lawyer at the Danish Data Protection Authority, Allan Frank and PhD and ass. partner at Focus Advocater, Jesper Løffler Nielsen to discuss the legal requirements and challenges related to cloud services’ GDPR and security compliance as well as how the EU Cloud Code of Conduct can address those concerns.
Specifically, during this one-day conference, which is part of the "Innovation & Compliance" conference series, participants will explore, among other things, what are the relevant requirements and documentation that providers and customers must comply with, as well as the work of the Danish Data Protection Authority in this area, including the new guidance on cloud computing. Finally, SCOPE Europe will present how the EU Cloud Code of Conduct provides a reliable framework for demonstrating data protection compliance of cloud services.
