Rolle von SCOPE Europe
Aufgrund der Erfahrung und Expertise in der Entwicklung von glaubwürdigen ko-regulatorischen Maßnahmen, vor allem im Cloud Sektor, wurde SCOPE Europe als Ko-Vorsitz der Arbeitsgruppe des Software-as-a-Service Code of Conduct eingeladen. SCOPE Europe trägt insbesondere bei der Entwicklung und Verankerung einer gemeinsamen Governance für alle Codes of Conduct in diesem Kontext bei und kann dabei durch die Erfahrungen vergangener, erfolgreicher ko-regulatorische Projekte beitragen.
