EU Cloud Code of Conduct
Der EU Cloud Code of Conduct (EU Cloud CoC) wird von SCOPE Europe srl, der Tochtergesellschaft des SRIW e.V., betreut. Der EU Cloud CoC ist ein europäischer Verhaltenskodex, die eine Anerkennung nach Artikel 40 Absatz 5 der Datenschutzgrundverordnung anstrebt.
Rolle des SRIW bzw. SCOPE Europe
Der EU Cloud CoC hat SCOPE Europe als vorläufige private Aufsichtsstelle ernannt. SCOPE Europe strebt aktuell die Anerkennung als private Aufsichtsstelle nach Artikel 41 der Datenschutzgrundverordnung an und wird sodann diese Funktion im Rahmen des EU Cloud CoC wahrnehmen.
SCOPE Europe wurde zudem als Sekretariat des EU Cloud CoC ernannt und koordiniert hierüber die Arbeiten des EU Cloud CoC für die Mitgliedsunternehmen.
