Brussels, 10 August 2021– The EU Cloud CoC General Assembly is beyond pleased to welcome Schellman & Company, LLC (“Schellman”) as our supporting member and strongly believes in the unique potential of this collaboration for the fostering of international alignment under robust data protection standards.

Building trust and confidence is a common priority and one of the main drivers behind the successful engagement of Schellman with the EU Cloud CoC. Being the only fully legally operational GDPR Code of Conduct in the market, the EU Cloud CoC became a high-quality standard and having Schellman’s support is certainly a testimony of this unique achievement.

Schellman’s outstanding expertise in optimizing compliance exercises while enhancing the highest levels of security will undoubtedly contribute significantly to several of the key working streams of the General Assembly. Furthermore, this partnership will foment international alignment on GDPR implementation as well as complementarity and interoperability among different compliance standards worldwide.
